Book an appointment.

At Cry Baby, all appointments are by booking only — no walk-ins (sorry babe, we love you but we like to give each client our full attention). Use the online booking system to lock in your spot for brows, skin, or tattoo treatments. A deposit is required to secure your appointment, and the balance is due on the day of service. Please make sure to read our booking terms below before confirming your appointment — it keeps things smooth, fair, and tear-free.

Booking Terms & Conditions:

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. This amount will be applied to your treatment cost on the day.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Less than 48 hours’ notice may result in the loss of your deposit.

If you are unwell, please contact us to reschedule your appointment — attending while sick may not be appropriate for treatment and is definitely not appropriate for your technician! We will honour your deposit.

No-Shows: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in forfeiting your deposit, and future bookings may require full payment upfront.

Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Arriving late may reduce your treatment time or result in rescheduling.

We love kids and guests, but our studio space is limited — appointments are strictly for clients only. If you need to bring children, please contact before booking to make suitable arrangements.

Eligibility: Clients must be 18+ for tattoo services and may be required to present a valid Government ID. Certain medical conditions, medications, or skin concerns may mean treatment is not suitable. Please disclose any relevant information when booking, so you’re not disappointed on the day.

Touch-Ups: All cosmetic tattooing requires a follow-up session (not included in the initial price unless otherwise stated).

For optimal results, some treatments require more than one session. Services such as skin needling, scar revision, stretch mark revision, and cosmetic tattooing are designed to work in stages — your initial appointment creates the foundation, and follow-up sessions allow us to refine, build, and perfect your results. Regular maintenance or touch-ups may also be recommended to keep your skin and brows looking their best long-term.
